|
Description
Participants were asked to focus on the potential role for the interface between the public and private sectors in sustainable urban environments. The group was asked to examine the relationships between PPP and technology, capacity building, finance, participation, and governance and policy. Specific questions were supplied and outcomes were generated that fit the goals and objectives of the conference.
The work of the Round I panel set the stage for the more involved Round II discussions and data collection. The panel cited the major issues and determined how to frame the questions in Round II.
