Agenda |
List of participants
UNDP's Poverty Group introduces a series of in-depth brainstorming meetings
bringing together a group of experts to develop a comparative assessment
of various practical approaches and macroeconomic modeling for the MDGs
with a view to providing a better understanding of the different models.
The first meeting of the series was held on 15 August 2006 in New York.
Experts’ contributions, captured below, provide examples of alternative
models and allow for a better understanding of the strengths and weaknesses
of the different, yet broadly complementary, approaches to macroeconomic
modeling for the MDGs.
