Synthesis Report: Findings and Recommendations from a Seven Country Study of UN Engagement in Poverty Reduction and National Development Strategies (UNDG 2008)
This paper, prepared for the United Nations Development Group by the Institute of Development Studies, UK, reviews the role of the United Nations Country Teams in Poverty Reduction Strategy Paper processes and, more broadly, in National Development Strategies. The paper draws on a set of seven country papers – Azerbaijan, Honduras, Laos, Malawi, Mongolia, Uganda and Zambia.
