Governments, intergovernmental or non-governmental organizations and private-sector organizations may contribute to the Sudan Common Humanitarian Fund (CHF). Donors wishing to contribute to the Sudan CHF are required to sign a Letter of Agreement (LOA) with UNDP as Administrative Agent that sets out the terms and conditions governing the receipt and administration of the contribution. Each individual contribution normally amounts to the equivalent of at least $200,000.

The Sudan CHF Administrative Agent compiles, prepares and provides progress reports in accordance with the timetable established in the LOA. The reports are compiled from the individual reports received by the Administrative Agent from each Participating UN Organization and delivered to donors.
