Donor Commitments and Deposits | Standard Administrative Arrangement

Governments, intergovernmental or non-governmental organizations and private-sector organizations may contribute to the Sudan Recovery Fund –Southern Sudan (SRF-SS). Donors wishing to contribute to the SRF-SS are required to sign a Standard Administrative Arrangement (SAA) with the MDTF Office of UNDP as Administrative Agent that sets out the terms and conditions governing the receipt and administration of the contribution.

The SRF-SS Administrative Agent and Steering Committee Technical Secretariat compile, prepare and provide financial and narrative reports respectively in accordance with the timetable established in the SAA. The reports are consolidated based on the individual reports received by the Administrative Agent and the Technical Secretariat from each Participating UN Organization and delivered to donors, through the SRF-SS Steering Committee.
