Viet Nam One Plan Fund I & II

Donor Contributions

Donors wishing to contribute to the Viet Nam One Plan Fund are required to sign a Letter of Agreement (LOA) with the UN Resident Coordinator and the UNDP MDTF Office as Administrative Agent. The LOA sets out the terms and conditions governing the receipt and administration of the contribution.

The Administrative Agent will compile, prepare and provide progress reports in accordance with the requirements established in the LOA.
