Cape Verde Transition Fund

Donor Contributions

Donors wishing to contribute to the Cape Verde Transition Fund are required to sign a Standard Administrative Arrangement (SAA) with the UN Resident Coordinator and UNDP MDTF Office, in its capacity as the Administrative Agent of the Cape Verde Transition Fund. The SAA sets out the terms and conditions governing the receipt and administration of the contribution.

The Administrative Agent will compile, prepare and provide progress reports in accordance with the requirements established in the SAA.
