Participating UN OrganizationsUnited Nations agencies that request funding under the Albania One UN Coherence Fund are required to sign the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the UN Resident Coordinator and UNDP as the Administrative Agent. The MOU sets out the duties and responsibilities of each party. The entities that sign the MOU are referred to as "Participating UN Organizations". Each Participating UN Organization assumes full programmatic and financial accountability for funds disbursed to it by the Administrative Agent under the Albania One UN Coherence Fund and its reporting requirements are specified in the MOU. Through a Participating UN Organization, other international organizations, non-governmental organizations and national entities may receive funds from the Albania One UN Coherence Fund based on a project agreement concluded, as an implementing partner, with the Participating UN Organization in accordance with the regulations, rules and procedures of the latter. The following Participating UN Organizations have signed the MOU with the Resident Coordinator and the Administrative Agent: |
