Programme Preparation

Upon approval of the initial concept notes submitted in OPAS, the Country Teams will be requested to draft the full fledged Joint Programme Document. The UNDG standard format for joint programmes can be found on www.undg.org. While this process is guided and overseen by the MDG-F Secretariat, the MDTF Office is available to actively assist Country Teams through out the process to ensure that Joint Programme document is structured correctly and that standard formats and templates are correctly filled.

To assist the Country Teams, the MDTF Office has developed an Operational Guidance Note (EN | ES) and a document with Frequently Asked Questions to the AA. Should Country Teams have any other questions not covered in those two documents, the Country Team should contact the MDTF Office.
