Project Progress Reports

Participating UN Organizations and Non-UN Participating Organizations that are recipients of CFIA funds are required to submit the following reports as outlined in the CFIA TOR and MOU:

• Annual Narrative progress reports for each 12 month period are to be provided no later than two months after the end of the applicable reporting period;
• Annual financial reports as of the 31 December each year are to be provided no later than three months after the end of the applicable reporting period;
• Final consolidated narrative and financial reports after the completion of the project activities are to be provided no later than 30 April of the year following the financial closing.
• A final certified financial statement is to be provided no later than 30 June of the year following the financial closing of the Project.

The reports received from Participating UN Organizations and Non-UN Participating Organizations will be consolidated by the Administrative Agent, by country/category and participating organization. The consolidated reports shall be submitted to the CFIA Management Committee for onward submission to the donors.
