Non-UN Participating Organizations

Memorandum of Understanding for Non-UN Participating Organizations

Non-UN entities that have similar international character and financial rules and regulations as Participating UN Organizations are required to sign a separate Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for Non-UN Participating Organizations with the Administrative Agent and are referred to as Non-UN Participating Organizations.

Non-UN Participating Organization assume the same programmatic and financial accountability for the funds disbursed to them by the Administrative Agent as Participating UN Organizations, and are required to provide reports on activities similar to the Participating UN Organizations.

Through a Non-UN Participating Organization, other international organizations, non-governmental organizations and national institutions may receive funds from the CFIA based on a project agreement concluded, as an implementing partner, with the Non-UN Participating Organization in accordance with the regulations, rules and procedures of the latter.


The following Non-UN Participating Organizations have signed the MOU with the Administrative Agent:
