Reporting by the Humanitarian Coordinator
As stipulated in the Democratic Republic of the Congo Pooled Fund (DRCPF) Terms of Reference, the Humanitarian Coordinator provides donors and the Pooled Fund board with mid- and end-of-year Action Plan reviews; reviews of Action Plan implementation and outcomes produced by a joint OCHA/UNDP Pooled Fund Management Unit; and a consolidated end-of-year report on the contribution of the DRCPF towards Action Plan delivery and humanitarian assistance.
Reporting by Participating UN Organizations and Non-UN Participating Organizations
Participating UN Organizations as well as Non-UN Participating Organizations assume full programmatic and financial accountability to donors for the funds disbursed to them by the Administrative Agent. They provide the donors, the Administrative Agent and the Humanitarian Coordinator with regular standard narrative mid and end of year reports as required by the Action Plan; an annual year end report related to the operations of the DRCPF; a final uncertified financial report, after the completion of all Action Plan activities; and a final certified financial statement following the financial closing of the Action Plan activities.
Reporting by the Administrative Agent
The Administrative Agent submits to the Humanitarian Coordinator, the Pooled Fund Board and donors monthly unofficial statements of contributions, commitments and disbursements related to the DRCPF, as well as a final certified statement on its activities as Administrative Agent at the end of each year.
