Donor ContributionsDonor Commitments and Deposits | Letter of AgreementGovernments, intergovernmental or non-governmental organizations and private-sector organizations may contribute to the Democratic Republic of the Congo Pooled Fund (DRCPF). Donors wishing to contribute to the DRCPF are required to sign a Letter of Agreement (LOA) with UNDP as Administrative Agent that sets out the terms and conditions governing the receipt and administration of the contribution. Each individual contribution normally amounts to the equivalent of at least $200,000. The DRCPF Administrative Agent compiles, prepares and provides progress reports in accordance with the timetable established in the LOA. The reports are compiled from the individual reports received by the Administrative Agent from each Participating UN Organization and delivered to donors. The 2006 Certified Financial Statement on the Source and Use of Funds for the DR Congo Pooled Fund in 2006 is available here. An overview of current donor Commitments and Deposits to the DRCPF is available by clicking here. |
