Donor Contributions

Donor Pledges, Commitments and Deposits | Standard Administrative Arrangement

Governments, intergovernmental or non-governmental organizations and private-sector organizations may contribute to the Common Humanitarian Fund – Central African Republic (CHF-CAR). Donors wishing to contribute to the CHF-CAR are required to sign a Standard Administrative Arrangement (SAA) with the MDTF Office of UNDP as Administrative Agent, that sets out the terms and conditions governing the receipt and administration of the contribution.

The CHF-CAR Humanitarian Coordinator, supported by the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) and the Administrative Agent compile, prepare and provide narrative and financial reports respectively in accordance with the timetable established in the SAA. The reports are consolidated based on the individual reports received by the Humanitarian Coordinator and the Administrative Agent from each Participating UN Organization and delivered to donors.
