Participating UN OrganizationsMemorandum of Understanding (MOU) | Framework Document | Administrative ArrangementThe Participating UN Organizations who submit proposals funding under the UN-REDD Programme are required to sign the UN-REDD Programme Fund Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the UNDP MDTF Office as the Administrative Agent. The MOU sets out the duties and responsibilities of each party. Each Participating UN Organization assumes full programmatic and financial accountability for funds disbursed to it by the Administrative Agent under the UN-REDD Programme Fund and its reporting requirements are specified in the MOU. Through a Participating UN Organization, other international organizations, non-governmental organizations and national entities may receive funds from the UN-REDD Programme Fund based on a project agreement concluded, as an implementing partner, with the Participating UN Organization in accordance with the regulations, rules and procedures of the latter. The following Participating UN Organizations have signed the MOU with the Administrative Agent:
