Submit a concept note

Welcome to the Online Project Application System (OPAS) for the MDG Achievement Fund (MDG-F).

In order to submit a Concept Paper to the application system, the process must be initiated by a UNDP staff member with an active @undp.org email address. This could be the UN Resident Coordinator or the Coordination Officer in the RC Office, for example.

Once the registration of a Concept Paper is initiated, at least two additional non-UNDP persons can be authorized to access, browse and edit the application. These persons do not require a UNDP email address and could be from another UN agency involved in the proposal being submitted to the MDG-F. Once the application is formally submitted, the Resident Coordinator will receive a confirmation message from the MDG-F Secretariat.

Please note OPAS is currently able to receive applications in English, Spanish and French. A French version is under development.
