There were three presentations in plenary session V of the workshop which focused on Monitoring and Evaluation. Jocelyn Mason from IDG New York provided an overview of UNDP's current approach to Monitoring and Evaluation. Michael Anderson, Senior Justice Adviser from the Department for International Development (DFID) UK, explored issues related to developing and maintaining Monitoring and Evaluation systems for Access to Justice programmes. Dr Carmen Vargas Perez then looked at indicators, specifically cost indicators, which are used to review the impact of Access to Justice programmes.
