Sample Logical Framework
A UNDP-GEF project logical framework presents indicators at different levels. At the level of goal and objective, energy consumption indicators are expressed over 20 years as it is required by the GEF to monitor impacts. Other more intermediary indicators need to be included for outcomes. Measuring impacts after project completion is particularly important for subsidy programmes to be able to fine-tune interventions after project completion. CO 2 monitoring - which essentially is indirectly monitored through determining the reduced fossil-fuel consumption/increased RETs-based electricity consumption - should be included in impact monitoring schemes. Other long-term socio-economic impacts would also need to be included in sustainability and replication measures, as it is unlikely that any such impacts would be possible to determine during project life-time.
