Margarita joined UNDP in 2006 as Programme Associate for the National Communications Support Programme (NCSP) and Global Support Programme (GSP) for NCSAs. Her responsibilities encompass financial monitoring, workshop organizing and knowledge management, among others. Prior to her position at UNDP, Margarita was a member of the Montreal Protocol Cluster within the Division for Environmental Programmes at UNOPS. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Tufts University and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from NYU Stern School of Business. While enrolled at NYU she spent one semester at ESADE Business School in Barcelona as a participant of an MBA Exchange Progamme.
