This report is a product of a research endeavor to analyze how targeted energy services can contribute to a country's ability to reach its Millennium Development Goals (MDGs).  The study analyzes the development impacts of energy-related interventions in Brazil, Mali and the Philippines.  The study's findings point to several key conclusions, which are directly relevant to national strategies, aimed at achieving the MDGs.
