The Commission report was launched in Rwanda in May 2004 during the Rwanda Investment Forum. The Associate Administrator of UNDP, Mr. Zephirin Diabre, gave the keynote presentation on the Commission Report and Mr. Miko Rwayitare participated as a Commission member. President Karame and both private and public sector leaders attended the event.
