The Commission report was launched in Hong Kong in June 2004 at the Global Compact event, "Global Compact and Entrepreneurship". The Global Compact is a UN initiative to form with UN agencies, labor and civil society to support ten principles in the areas of human rights, labor, the environment, and anti-corruption.
