Jose Dallo is a Policy Adviser in UNDP’s post-2015 team.  Prior to his current position, he co-led the multi-practice task force in UNDP’s Bureau of Development Policy, which started the organization’s process of defining its position and fulfilling its mandate towards the UN’s Post-2015 development agenda. Mr. Dallo has been part of the core team of the post-2015 UN Task Team since its inception.

Mr. Dallo joined UNDP in 2009 after a 13-year experience in developing countries. Prior to joining UNDP, Mr. Dallo was the Representative of the Spanish Cooperation Agency in Honduras and Uruguay, Deputy Representative in El Salvador and Nicaragua, and project director in Nicaragua. He also has previous experience with development NGOs both in Europe and Latin America. He worked with the Juventudes Vicencianas in Honduras, Fundacion Ecologia y Desarrollo in Nicaragua and Spain, and El Hermanamiento Zaragoza-Leon in Nicaragua.

Mr. Dallo holds Degrees in Economics and a Law and completed his MSc at Pompeu Fabra University in Spain.
