The Speakers Corner helps connect think tanks, academia, the media and the public to a diverse group of experts who can speak to UNDP’s commitment to “empower lives” and build "resilient nations.” Our experts speak several languages and are located around the world, representing the organization’s global presence. They can be contacted on the following areas of UNDP’s work such as: sustainable development, democratic governance and peacebuilding, and climate and disaster resilience.
Mr. Nik Sekhran is the Director for Sustainable Development in the Bureau for Policy and Programme Support. In this role, he oversees work on development planning, inclusive sustainable growth, livelihoods and economic recovery, environment and natural resources management.
