LEAD application procedure

Please be advised that there will be no invitation for applications in 2011. The next call for applications will be in mid-2012. Kindly continue to check this page for updates.

For eligibility criteria, please refer to the section on LEAD profile on the homepage. At the time of application you MUST have already received your master's degree certificate. Please ensure that a scanned copy of the certificate is ready to be attached to your application.

Please note that there is no fee to apply to the LEAD Programme.
