This document summarizes the e-discussion on “The Global Commission on HIV and the Law, aimed at analyzing experiences in implementing the Commission’s recommendations one year after the launch of the Commission’s final report, while identifying challenges, good practices and lessons in addressing human rights and legal frameworks in the context of HIV.
