This bulletin provides an overview of UNDP-GEF’s support to countries to affect policy and institutional change for climate change adaptation at the national, sub-national and community levels.  Issue 10 features two stories from the COP18 in Doha, a new blog on climate information and early warning systems in Africa, a publication on enhancing adaptation of vulnerable mountain forests in Armenia, and recently approved UNDP-supported initiatives.
