This bulletin provides an overview of UNDP-GEF’s support to countries to affect policy and institutional change for climate change adaptation at the national, sub-national and community-levels. Issue 10 features stories from Albania and Armenia, as well as an article on supporting countries to internalize the economics of adaptation into planning and investment decisions.
