 This study aims at giving an overview of the present situation as well as of the development so far of the National Human Rights Action Plans in six pilot countries, Cape Verde, Lithuania, Mauritania, Moldova, Mongolia and Nepal. The overview of the process describes challenges, problems, successes and lessons learned encountered in the development of the plans.
