Communication For Development: Strengthening the effectiveness of the UN

This is the first UN Inter-agency publication on Communication for Development (C4D)that illustrates the diverse C4D approaches adopted by UN agencies. C4D approaches are shown to be useful in everything from promoting media pluralism to improving the participation of marginalized people in decision-making. The publication is jointly produced by FAO, UNDP, UNESCO, UNICEF, UNAIDS, ILO and WHO. It is available in English and French.
