    Civilian oversight now more efficient in Turkey

    In Turkey, 180 administrators and police were trained and more than 800 people were familiarized with the notion of “civilian oversight” in workshops and conferences held in the scope of Improvement of Civilian Oversight of Internal Security Sector project which was successfully completed through a conference held with the participation of representatives from the Ministry of Interior, EU Delegation and UNDP, academics and the Project team on May 28, 2010 in Ankara.
