This is a report from the regional training workshop whick took place on 2-4 May 2004 in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The workshop served as a platform for cross-country sharing and collective exploration of critical concepts and issues of human development. The challenges faced by different stakeholders in human development analysis, process and reporting were also considered.
