This report summarizes the presentations and discussions from the Access to Justice Week in October 2010 in Bangkok, Thailand, hosted by UNDP Asia-Pacific Regional Centre. It complements a companion publication, Access to Justice Assessments in the Asia Pacific: A Review of Experiences and Tools from the Region.

The report is divided into two sections according to the following two thematic events; Non-State Justice Systems: Principles and Practices Symposium, and Regional Consultation on Access to Justice Assessments.
