The preliminary assessment report is the first output of the collaborative work between UN agencies in cooperation with the Palestinian Ministries, local authorities and NGOs to assess damages, losses, and cost for rehabilitation and reconstruction of Gaza. The estimates of losses and damages included in this report are collected from different sources including site/field information, official data from Governmental and international bodies, and remote sensing analysis utilizing satellite images.
