You are requested to submit a proposal for the production of Training of Women Candidates for the

Local Government Elections as per enclosed Terms of Reference (TOR).

This RFP includes the following documents:

  • Section 1 – This Letter of Invitation
  • Section 2 – Instructions to Proposers (including Data Sheet)
  • Section 3 – Terms of Reference
  • Section 4 – Proposal Submission Form
  • Section 5 – Documents Establishing the Eligibility and Qualifications of the Proposer
  • Section 6 – Technical Proposal Form
  • Section 7 – Financial Proposal Form

Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at UNDP Offices in 6th Floor, Serena Business Complex, Islamabad on 10 December, 2013, at 15:00hrs Pakistan time. To facilitate access to Serena Business Complex, please provide the name of your representative who will attend the meeting.

Your offer comprising of Technical proposal and Financial proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, should reach the following address no later than 17:00 hrs Pakistan time on 17 December, 2013.
