ITB - For the procurement of IED Jammers

The United Nations Development Programme & United Nations office on Drugs and Crime (UNDP/UNODC) hereby invites you to submit a Bid to this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the above-referenced procurement. 

The ITB includes the following documents:

Section 1 – This Letter of Invitation

Section 2 – Instructions to Bidders (including Data Sheet)

Section 3 – Schedule of Requirements and Technical Specifications

Section 4 – Bid Submission Form

Section 5 – Documents Establishing the Eligibility and Qualifications of the Bidder

Section 6 – Technical Bid Form

Section 7 – Price Schedule Form

Your offer, comprising of a Technical Bid and Price Schedule, in separate sealed envelopes, should be submitted in accordance with Section 2.

You are kindly requested to submit an acknowledgment letter to UNDP/UNODC to the following address:

The letter should be received by UNDP/UNODC no later than 24th December 2013.   The same letter should advise whether your company intends to submit a Bid. If that is not the case, UNDP/UNODC would appreciate your indicating the reason, for our records.

Pakistan's One UN Programme (OP I) was signed on 4 February 2009 in the presence of the UN Secretary General and the Prime Minister of Pakistan. Initially for a two-year period from 2009 to 2010, OP I was extended until December 2012 by mutual agreement of the Government of Pakistan and the UN.
