- In the midst of war, some cannot leave. They face rising cost of living as the workers and structures needed for clean water, electricity, fuel, heat, medical treatment and growing food all flee to other countries or are killed in conflict. Those who remain in the country still need jobs to pay for things they need to survive. Our projects create short term jobs to help affected Syrians.
