New Partnership Announced to Establish an International Centre for Human Development in India
Ministry of Human Resource Development, Indian Institute of Advanced Study and UNDP will support South-South collaboration on ways to integrate human development analysis and approaches in development strategies through establishing an International Centre for Human Development in India.

Projects and Initiatives
International Centre for Human Development (IC4HD)

The International Centre for Human Development is being set up by the Ministry of Human Resource Development and the Indian Institute for Advanced Study in collaboration with UNDP India. The Centre’s objective is to assist national governments in the Global South to mainstream human development in planning processes and policy making. The Centre envisions itself as a ‘think and do’ organization that will promote policy dialogue on human development in the Global South.
