Caitlin Wiesen, Resident Representative ai. and Country Director, UNDP India, discusses the significance of ICT in achieving human development, inclusive growth, improving the efficiency of public administration and transforming the way we interact with each other through deeply-grounded networks. The growing network of over 35,000 members has been recognized in the category of ‘Best Initiative for Localized Application/ Content’.
