The Voices of Youth Survey was carried out within the UN Youth Employability and Retention Programme (YERP) which is supported through the Millennium Development Goals Achievement Fund (MDG-Fund) and funded by the Government of the Kingdom of Spain.

The purpose of this project has been to conduct a survey that can serve as a baseline for the development of more adequate youth policies as well as to enable young people to participate more actively in society.
