    Three motor vehicles are provided by the Project “Enhancing Belize’s Resilience to Adapt to the Effects of Climate Change”. The project aims to enhance adaptive capacity and resilience to climate change in national policies and demonstrate action in support of effective governance of climate change and climate change related impacts in the water sector in Belize.

    Notice of the Launch of the European Union Global Climate Change Alliance Project

    UNDP Launches “Latin America and the Caribbean: A Biodiversity Superpower” Report

    UNDP launches the Regional Report “Latin America and the Caribbean: A Biodiversity Superpower”, on the occasion of the XX Ibero-American Summit of Heads of State in Argentina. Objective of the Report is to inform policy and decision makers of the contribution that biodiversity and ecosystem services make to the region’s development, equity and long-term competitiveness. The result of 2 years of research and multi-stakeholder consultations in the region, including Belize, the Report uses Business as Usual (BAU) and Sustainable Ecosystem Management (SEM) concepts for assessing the economic values of Ecosystem Services.
