Our Partners

In envisioning a Bangladesh that is free, secure and prosperous, UNDP underscores the importance of global and national partnerships and an integrated view of development. To support for MDGs UNDP Bangladesh puts partnerships at the centre of its efforts, especially since the goals are cross-cutting and often symptomatic of deprivation and poverty. Over the past several years, UNDP has made significant progress in strengthening partnerships and marshalling resources to unlock and enlarge the potentials for human development in Bangladesh. We believe our work has a significant impact because of the synergy we create between the Government of Bangladesh, UN agencies, bilateral agencies, the private sector and civil society.

UNDP Bangladesh has made continuous efforts for having strategic partnerships/alliances to achieve more with less, hence has been selective, not exhaustive. Strategic partnerships/ alliances have enabled us to gain a competitive advantage through access to new ideas, technologies, know-how and resources.
