Sustainable Development

The Sustainable Development Programme is built around three pillars of sustainable development – economic growth, social improvement and environmental sustainability, and puts emphasis on the importance of holistic approach for addressing developmental challenges.  The programme helps Azerbaijan achieve improvements in people’s lives by providing access to the necessary skills and resources for the unemployed, engaging with the private sector for continued growth, improving environmental management and mitigating climate change effects.
