This report assesses the process, effectiveness, impact, relevance and sustainability of the programme interventions with regard to enhancing Roma and Egyptian communities’ participation in local decision-making, accessing their rights and social/public services as well as to the institutional strengthening of social inclusion. This Final Evaluation Report has been directly informed by the opinions and insights of 33 persons including central and local level government officials, representatives of civil society organizations, CBO members and leaders, direct beneficiaries, partners and representatives of international organizations including UNDP, UNICEF and UNFPA.
