During the third quarter of the year LOTFA has registered progress in the financial and operational delivery of Government of Japan funding with approximately 80 percent delivery of Japanese contribution for 2013; and the overall implementation is on track according to the originally programmed activities. Positive achievements were registered at the Sivas Police Training Center for Afghanistan programme; and preliminary evaluation reveals Afghan No-Commissioned Officers have successfully completed the training sessions scheduled until September 2013.
