“The LOTFA second Quarterly Progress Report informs on the strategic and operational progress made by the LOTFA Project between April and June 2014.

The Project launched the coordination plan and calendar which will led the working process for the design of LOTFA Phase VII, which will mark the next months of strategic work at LOTFA.

The Electronic Payroll System  secured the salary payment for 147,078 police officers and 5,640 uniformed prison guards.  LOTFA continued to extend its technical support to the Ministry of Interior Affairs (MoIA) for the launch of interventions promoting ministerial reform, including the design of a joint, multi-partner plan to strengthen the Inspector General Office (IGO) capacity. The Report also describes the significant steps taken at LOTFA to  finalize the Civilian Policing Model under the MoIA leadership.”
