Learning Mechanism, a project with the objective of capturing
and disseminating experiences and good practices in adaptation via
an open knowledge platform. This $1M GEF project is implemented by
UNDP in partnership with UNEP and the World Bank.
Support programmes

The GEF-funded National Communications Support Programme (NCSP), jointly managed by UNDP and UNEP, provides support to more than 130 developing countries as they prepare Second (or Third) National Communications to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change. Together with the implementing agencies, the NCSP provides technical and policy guidance on vulnerability and adaptation assessment, and on linking climate risks with national development priorities
