LeadershipLeadership is not synonymous with a position of authority; it can also be informal and be held at many levels. Although leadership is most commonly associated with an individual leader, from a village elder to a country’s prime minister, it equally exists within a government unit that takes the lead in pushing for public administration reform, or in large social movements that bring about society-wide change.
