IUCN: A Guide to the Convention on Biological Diversity
The primary goal of "A Guide to the Convention on Biological Diversity" is to explain the Convention's text. Where appropriate, options for implementing a Convention article are provided. In many instances, these suggestions draw on existing environmental policy documents and action plans such as the World Conservation Strategy, Caring for the Earth, the Global Biodiversity Strategy and Agenda 21.
