African and Japanese leaders chart course for Fourth Tokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD IV)


19 March – Foreign Ministers from across Africa, met on 20-21 March to lay the groundwork for this year’s largest global gathering on African development: the Fourth Tokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD IV), to be held on 28-30 May in Yokohama, Japan.
